About ATFC
The Automobile and Touring Club of Finland has served motorists since 1919. AL-palvelut Oy provides roadside assistance for over 30 car brands, motorcycle brands, finance companies, and other clients.
Challenge
Service centers face unpredictable workload variations based on weather and seasons. A Europe-wide service network must respond quickly, with assistance requests arriving digitally. Modern connected cars include SOS buttons requiring fully digital management.
Solution
Cirit developed the Assistance ERP system in 2013. CDO Ilkka Lehtinen:
